B Kumar worked for five years at Ban Labs Limited, Rajkot, handling procurement of raw materials and technical machinery — building strong understanding of ingredient sourcing and equipment selection.
B Kumar served four years as Production Manager at HSM Foods International, Rajkot, managing food production lines, process consistency, and operational discipline.
B Kumar worked for three years with Somnath & Jalaram Enterprise, Rajkot, in food manufacturing operations, further refining production control and quality systems
B Kumar established B Kumar Food Consultancy Services, which continues to operate today with active consultancy presence across multiple countries — becoming the backbone of technical knowledge behind Panipuri Gallery.
B Kumar worked as a Partner in Vajani Foods, Rajkot, gaining deeper exposure to commercial food production, scale-up challenges, and market dynamics.
At just 17 years of age, Nemish was appointed CFO of B Kumar Food Consultancy Services, marking the formal beginning of his leadership journey within the food consultancy ecosystem.
Nemish completed his 12th CBSE education from Sarvoday Education Trust, Rajkot, and began his Food Technology graduation at A.D. Patel Institute of Technology, Vallabh Vidya Nagar, Gujarat — strengthening academic foundations alongside real industry exposure by visiting various factories with his father B kumar.

Founder of Panipuri Gallery, Mr. Nemish B. Kunwaradiya, son of Mr. B Kumar, conceived the idea of entering the street food business with a clear vision to offer an elevated experience beyond the ordinary. This concept took shape during his second year of the Food Technology graduation program, where his academic learning aligned with real-world exposure. Being closely involved in his father’s food consultancy work, he learned food production from the ground up. Since 2016, he has worked alongside his father at B Kumar Food Consultancy Services, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding that truly successful food is built on quality, taste, and a memorable customer experience.
